1. The following conditions of sale do not imply a credit account and ongoing credit will not be granted.
2. All invoices for goods supplied or work done will fall due for payment within 30 days of invoice date.
3. All invoices or balances that remain unpaid after 30 days will accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month.
4. All overdue accounts will be passed to our debt collection department with 15% added to your bill.
5. Ownership of the goods shall remain with The Assessment &Training Company Ltd until such time that the customer has paid in full all that he owes to The Assessment & Training Company Ltd.
6. Candidate site assessments arranged by the client on behalf of The Assessment & Training Company Ltd, which result in abortive visits will be charged at cost.
7. Any relaxation or indulgence granted to the customer by The Assessment & Training Company Ltd shall not be deemed in any way waiver of, or to prejudice the rights of The Assessment & Training Company Ltd.
8. The Assessment & Training Company Ltd reserves the right to payment of all costs charged and expenses incurred by it or its agents in the collection of monies due from the customer in addition to the price and interest thereon.
9. We will expect to be paid on an interim payment basis. The amount and frequency of these
payments will be as detailed below:
a) The candidates NVQ fees must be paid in advance of any assessments being carried out. These fees are £110 and include; NVQ registration fees, safety test and certification fees.
b) The charges for the experienced worker assessments are £490.00. Half of these assessment fees (£245.00) will be invoiced following the first visit to the candidate.
c) The second half of the assessment fees (£245.00) will be invoiced once the candidate has completed the NVQ.
DIRECTORS GUARANTEE
10. Any amount owed to The Assessment & Training Company Ltd that remains unpaid by a
limited company will be the joint and several responsibility of the directors of that company.
Any Alteration to our above standard terms must be in writing and signed by the customer and an authorised representative of The Assessment & Training Company Ltd.
